Terms ofservice.
These terms govern your use of yieldtrac.com and the YieldTrac platform at app.yieldtrac.com (together, the “Service”), provided by YieldTrac, Inc. (“YieldTrac”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
The Service
YieldTrac reads vendor invoices and related business documents, structures them with OCR and AI, posts them to live inventory, and surfaces alerts such as short deliveries, price changes, par levels and expiring stock. Features may change as we improve the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business on whose behalf you use the Service.
Subscription and billing
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription billed in advance. Pricing is listed at yieldtrac.com/pricing. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Custom terms for multi-location groups are set out in your order form and take precedence over this section where they conflict.
Your data
You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the Service to you. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, including our commitment that your documents are never used to train public or foundational AI models.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to process documents you have no right to process, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed with us in writing.
Accuracy
YieldTrac is designed to be highly accurate, but automated document processing can make mistakes. The Service surfaces confidence levels and flags for review; you remain responsible for verifying financial records used for accounting, tax or regulatory purposes.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by YieldTrac and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldTrac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
